CB Subs - Lapsed Member - No Resubscribe Option

In your first 2 screenshots you want to renew the current plan (appears to be lifetime so nothing to renew) or upgrade to the premium plan, but can't? In your second screenshot what happens when you click the renew button? Sorry, bit confused as to what the issue is exactly.

The second screenshot is a live premium member and all is good.

What used to show for lapsed members is that they could 're-subscribe', which is now not there. When lapsed, they became unassigned, that is they did not drop down to free on CBSubs

What I am guessing is that when I imported all of these unallocated people (who are Registered on Joomla) something happened.

OK, bottom line - where we have a lapsed member, unable to re-subscribe, how do I get them restarted without creating a new membership, email chain etc?

If they've no subscription at all just ensure your site and your plans are allowing upgrades. This is done with the following settings.

CBSubs > Settings > Global
Show subscription plans upgrade possibilities: Yes

CBSubs > Plans > YOUR_PLAN > Workflows
Allow upgrade to this: Yes
Propose spontaneously plan for upgrades: Yes

To ensure you're allowing renewals please review the following settings.

CBSubs > Settings > Global
Show Renew/Reactivate buttons: Yes

CBSubs > Plans > YOUR_PLAN > Pricing
Renewable in advance by: NOT "Non-renewable"

If you need to give them a subscription without emails sending then globally disable emails within Joomla global configuration and give them a subscription by editing their user in CB > User Management.

Already set to these!

Looking at people who have lapsed in the past few days, the option is there, so I am sure the issue is related to my import/upgrade of all members without a plan to free.

I have actioned one member from the user admin and this is not advisable - no basked created, so no invoice!! Also, you cannot enter a date, to reflect previous payment!

Please PM super administrator login credentials as well as credentials for a user experiencing this issue (a test user is best in this case) and will take a look.
