Warning
You can't access the private section of this site.
Hi, none of our users can log in to Joomla, we get the above message. We can log in to the backend and we can log in to the front end using the superuser account but we can't using a Registered or Premium user.
We have run all the CB tools and no issues are found
We have checked permission and Registered have login permissions calculated
We have looked in the assets table and only two items have a parental id of 0 and these are:
com_akquickicons.icon.23
and
root.1
The site went down when we ugraded to Joomla 3.6 so we restored the files from back up, the site works fine for superusers but just wont let any other user type log in.

This issue has now been solved. The upgrade to joomla caused some errors in the Categories and Article permissions. So if anyone else has this issue, check this area first.

If this is after Joomla 3.6.1 then be sure to navigate to Extensions > Database to update Joomlas database. See the below for details.
