Is it possible to use the CB Content module to display users grid or list according to some conditions (example, joomla group, gender, etc...)?

I suppose if you manually supply a grid of substitutions or list of substitutions. We have no userlist substitution or module usage. For the condition you'd just use substitution IF statements. See the bottom of the below substitutions tutorial for examples.

Thanks for reply Kyle. Would you please suggest me a very simple HTML code with substitutions that display avatars of latest users subscribed or even random users if possible?

Thanks in advance for your help.

There is no substitution for random users or latest users. You need to supply a user id or substitute information from the viewing user (default with no user supplied). You'd need access to PHP in order to grab a random user to do what you're wanting.
