Blank page when modifying one user

Hello,

I have a specific problem :

On the backend and frontend , I can't modify only ONE of the user of my database (I can do it with PhpMyAdmin).
No problems with others users.

When I try to modify this user, no error message.. Only a blank page.
Seems the user is read only but i never seen statut read only for only a specific user.


Any ideas ?

PS : the user is not specific.

As with all blank page issues - turn on Joomla debug to maximum and see if something more informative pops up.

Not sure how you're exhausting 512mb of memory with user edit. Does this happen when editing them in Joomla backend as well? Have you tried disabling non-core CB plugins 1 by 1 within CB > Plugin Management to see if issue goes away? Anything specific about the user that's different from others that work?

In the joomla user backend I have only 5 fields (name, email, password, ...) I can modify them without problem.

If i try to modify in CB user, always blank screen (without joomla debug).

I try to disable all CB Plugin, and after i download last upgrade for all plugins....always the problem.

The only specifity for this user was just that it's the first user registered after the superadmin...Since, I have 2400 new users without problem.

Any idea ?

Doesn't make much sense why it'd affect 1 user. If you've any 3rd party Joomla User or System plugins installed within Extensions > Plugins disable those and see if issue persists. If issue does persist after doing so please backup then PM backend super administrator login credentials as well as username of the user affected and will take a look.
