I have two templates on my site. The first (non cb) is the default and the second is Flexistrap. I am using Flexistrap for all my CB pages. The problem I am having is the default is over riding flexistrap. When I check the template page settings in templates they are set correctly for the pages I want them on. I went to a users profile and there was flexistrap then I went to another users wall and they was the default. Any suggestions on how I can fix this issue?

Template assignment is entirely Itemid based. Check the Itemid on the page that Flexistrap isn't displaying then match it to its Joomla menu item then assign your template to that menu item.
