Is there a way to prevent the registration greeting to be shown when using the plan's individual/single display Url?

Nope, but it is a part of the CB template PHP file in the _renderRegistrationHead function. So you could have it condition based off a GET value and basically check to see if "plugin" is "cbpaidsubscriptions" in GET. Another option would be to not use the build in greeting and instead use a Custom HTML field that you can condition with your plans to hide or condition with CB Conditional based off the "plugin" GET value.
