Have reviewed your install and your issue is caused by "System - Regular Labs Library", but appears more specifically to be "System - Regular Labs - Modules Anywhere" and "System - Regular Labs - Modals" in Extensions > Plugins. Once both are disabled the issue goes away. Please contact the developer of your extensions for further support.
