Hello All,

First I am overwhelmed at how power and beneficial CB is. Such a great addition to my site.

Sometimes we have users signup for our site with a free plan, but never confirm via email. Is there a way to send a reminder confirmation email after seven days? Then after three more days after the reminder email, the user is removed/deleted?

I am newer to CB, so pardon the silly question. I searched the forums and didn't see anything about this.

There's no scheduled reminders for confirmation, but you can resend confirmation manually from within CB > User Management. You can filter by registration date and by unconfirmed so you can have a specific list of users that haven't confirmed in awhile to resend to.
