Strange Soap Error

Strange Soap Error was created by bins
I am getting an error for a renewal upgrade which does not appear for other upgrades or new members - see attached error page images (sorry, couldn't get a single shot).

The tax plugin has been updated.

You don't have Soap enabled. Please contact your host. Typically you should be able to just enable that in php.ini, but this is the first time I've ever heard of the extension not being loaded.

That was too obvious - how was it other transactions went through!

I do have this warning during the transaction:

A payment invoice exists already: Please check below if it is correct. If not correct, click on the cancel link below, and select your choice again.

That means you've an existing unpaid basket while trying to create a new basket. CBSubs won't let you do that. You have to either pay that existing basket, cancel it, or wait for it to expire.
