WARNING: This setting does not make sense: free registered users without subscriptions not allowed, but subscriptions are not created for all plans, including free lifetime ones. In that mode that controls all site users through paid subscriptions, subscriptions are needed for all plans.
How can I get rid of this warning? I do not offer free subscriptions of any kind? My site has a public view area and a registered view for a paid member plan.

You can't get rid of it. Just ignore it if your configuration is intended. It's only displayed in CBSubs > Settings > Global as well.
