Unable to restrict a chat module usage for free plan

Joomla (protostar template) with only CB (no additional plugins beyond core) will give around 30mb for a profile. With ALL our products installed and in use, Kunena, and UddeIM with Joomla protostar template you're looking at 60-100mb for a profile.
You also need to take into account debug mode it self which consumes a lot of memory (10mb or more depending on how much debug info is logged).
If using a 3rd party Joomla template that can also add memory usage depending on what it provides. Typically you'll want to set PHP memory limit at minimum to 128mb. Your issue is execution time and not memory limit though. You've something taking too long to load. Likely one of your modules that is installed or server configuring causing errors that normally wouldn't happen.
I don't know what more to tell you. Your live site isn't having any performance issues. I can't help you with a local install. your local server is also most likely not configured properly for product environment either.
