How can I list membership options in columns? SEE SCREENSHOT

I want to fill the White Blank area here to offer a more pleasing and space efficient look.

Is this a CB Subs edit or CB?

The rounded template can do that or you can apply your own CSS to the plan rows to display them however you like.
