Hello,
I have a use-case scenario I cannot figure out. Here is the goal:
Allow a backend user (office staff) to go onto frontend and see and purchase a plan (with payment gateway) on another user's account/profile; other user should not be able to purchase plan directly but can see plan once purchased for them...the office staff need the ability to direct/facilitate front end purchases on a specific plan using the payment gateway.
As of now, we have almost all of the above already in action except the font-end hiding of the plan to end user until it is purchased for them.
I have tried all of the combinations I could think of on the specific CBsubs plan Access tab but no luck. Any guidance would be appreciated.

Not sure you'll be able to hide it until purchased. You can try adjust "Visible for Access Level" under the Access tab, but it likely still won't display after purchase. There isn't really a usecase for what you're trying to do.
You can try setting the Owner ID under the Price tab to 1 for example then edit your gateway and also set its Owner ID to 1 then set the Access for the gateway to something only your administrators can access. This should result in that plan having no gateways available to purchase it for non-administrators.
