Tracing A System Email

Tracing A System Email was created by bins
When a colleague renews a premium membership (via the front end) he receives a system message:

Message About (website) successfully sent to (member)

I am trying to track that message down and cannot find it. I have searched:
CB config
CBSubs Plans
CBSubs Mailers
Acymail
and every else that might generate something, but cannot find it.

Any thoughts on how I can track it down?

Looks like the AcyMailing language string SEND_SUCCESS, which is "Message %s successfully sent to %s". With "About (website)" and "(member)" being the replacements. Looks like that language string is only used when AcyMailing sends an email.
