PayPal error: 'Unfortunately a system error occured. Please try it later'

Hi - I am using the newest CB version together with CBSubs Version: 4.1.0+build.2016.09.20.07.58.14.931a0995b. Since a few months I always get the following meaningless errormessage when I try to do a transaction via PayPal: 'Unfortunately a system error occured. Please try it later'
I already contacted PayPal ....they only said that I have to fullfill the prerequisites (described on their websites) and then it will work ....but they could not give me more details why this error message will be shown in my context ...Is there a possibility to find out why this error happens ?

I've no idea. It's an error on PayPals end. Only they'll be able to help you with that. I'm guessing you didn't configure the gateway completely, but normally they'd give you an actual error message so you can correct whatever configuration is incorrect. Maybe your account isn't authorized to receive payments? Are you using PayPal Standard, Advanced, or Pro? Anything in CBSubs history log regarding it failing?
