You can use CSS to adjust it, but beyond that no as the image has already been processed and resized. If you mean in general to increase thumbnail sizes of images then yes that can be done by editing the avatar field within CB > Field Management and under Parameters > Image Limits or do so globally withing CB > Configuration > Images. Note this has no affect on existing images and they'd need to be re-uploaded to be resized.
