Not all plugins have a menu endpoint. In fact most do not. CB Activity, CB Gallery, CB Package Builder, CB GroupJive, and CB Paid Subscriptions all do. To link to either of those you create a menu with type Community Builder > Plugin then select the plugin from the Plugin dropdown. Aside from that your only option I guess is to substitute in the tab into a Joomla article using CB Content Bot then link to that article.

There's a plugin menu endpoint for CBSubs invoices. Create a Community Builder > Plugin menu type then select CB Paid Subscriptions for Plugin. Next select "Invoices" for "Do". That'll take the viewing user to their invoices page.
