[SOLVED] [#6889] Question about CBsubs plan upgrade conditions

Hello

I was wondering if it is possible to have a static condition for upgrade which would be only a Date/CB field comparison.
For instance cb_field = X with no plans selected

I tried to do it and the system would not allow empty subscription plan in the condition.

Is it a normal behaviour or is it a problem from our backend ?

Next question : if it is a normal behaviour, how can i condition an upgrade to a plan to a cb_field value only ? and still keep the dynamic condition to have the js effect to show the plan.

Basically I only want people to upgrade if their cb field is set at the correct value for asking for several payments

Which parameter specifically wasn't allowing this? You should be able to condition off just a field and not have to condition off another plans status.

Sorry I thought I had answered but no.

When going to "Subscription upgrade workflows / First static condition", if I try to choose only "Dates / CB Fields Comparisons" with "Any of the following plans subscriptions" empty, the system would not allow an empty field for "Any of the following plans subscriptions" and always leave the previous plan that I had selected before.

You can leave "Any of the following plans subscriptions" set to "--- None is needed ---" and then you'll be able to just condition strictly off fields.

that's the point , there is no "--- None is needed ---" option in the "Subscription upgrade workflows / First static condition"

What type of plan are you using? The above screenshot is from a subscription plan.
