[SOLVED] String could not be parsed as XML for every CB Plugin

When I click on every CB Plugin in Backend I got this error. What's wrong?

My guess is you've an incompatible 3rd party CB plugin installed. Ensure everything installed is up to date then unpublish any CB plugin not provided by us and see if issue persists. Unpublishing however may not work and you may need to try uninstalling 3rd party CB plugins.

I've installed only default CB plugins and:

CB Footer
CB Gallery
CB Auto Action
CB Profile Update Logger

All of the are up to date.

I've tryed to disable all of them but still same issue.

Looks like it can be caused by 3rd party Joomla plugins as well. See below similar topic.

Suggest disabling non-core Joomla plugins 1 by 1 within Extensions > Plugins until issue goes away.
