Confirmation emails not being sent

Confirmation emails not being sent was created by mattincm

I have setup SMTP mail (Joomla Global Settings) and it is working fine. The test email is delivered to the right email account. However when I try to Resend Confirmation, I get the following message:

Sent confirmation emails to 0 users

I've obviously set something incorrectly but no idea what. Help please

You can only resend confirmation if they're not already confirmed. Are you sure they're pending confirmation within CB > User Management?
