Website Failure after CBSubs process

6 years 4 months ago #300258 by RobGG
Hi,

We have experienced several website "Down" failures that seem to be connected with CBSubs basket edit activities. When confirming an offline payment in the basket panel the website sometimes goes into a "long wait" and the both back and front end fail with the message " Error displaying the Error page". Do you have any recommendations. (Note: This may be entirely unrelated to CBSubs but at this stage this "basket" activity is our most likely pre-event.)

Regards, Robert

Processing a basket triggers integrations so it could be a CB Auto Actions usage acting on plan state or one of the CBSubs integrations doing it. Do you've any auto actions or any of CBSubs integrations like SQL Actions acting on plan activate? If so try disabling those usages or just unpublishing their plugins and see if issue persists.

Hi,

We don't have any Auto Actions or CBSubs integrations that use SQL statements to write to MySQL. all our entries use the CB and CBSubs "coded" actions.

Any other ideas?

Robert

Enable debug mode and maximum error reporting in Joomla global configuration then retry to see if any errors output. If not then check server error log and CBSubs History Log to see if an error was logged. Without the actual error there's not much I can suggest for tracking this down. Maybe try creating a new offline gateway leaving all its parameters on default and see if the new gateway has same issue?
