I've tried as you suggested and it made no difference in preventing access to the addplanstobasket URL, unfortunately.
Here are the changes I tested, setting each one-by-one with a test between each, and a final test with all three changes in place:

-- I moved the field to a tab with the Public access
-- I set to show on the profile

This is now fixed in latest CBSubs build release. Please let me know if you've any further issues with direct add to basket URLs.

I've installed the latest update of CB Subs and now access to the addplanstobasket URL condition is returning false every time. Big problem. I then disabled the condition and I'm still not able to successfully access the plan via the addplantobasket URL. The URL loads the "Upgrade to this subscription is not possible".
I'm going to try rolling back to an earlier version.
Your condition or access on the plan may not be correct in that case. I've tested the following condition and this works fine.
Date A, Field A or Value A: Following CB Field
CB Field A: TEXT_FIELD_HERE
Date B, Field B or Value B: Constant Value or String (CB substitutions can be used)
Value B: ACTIVE
Condition 1 (> for Dates): A = B (Value A is equal to Value B )
Please provide what your condition is and also check your access parameters. Some of this was being ignored for addplantobasket and now behaves same as displayplans endpoint.
