[SOLVED] Subscribers not upgraded across Joomla usergroups

Hi

I am using CBuilder + CBSubs. Unpaid users are set to Joomla Registered Group. Paid users are set to Registered + Members groups (the subscription plans give credits (plan's setting : acces / level access). It worked fine until last week, then paid users don't get Members group anymore.

It started to happen just after I updated CBuilder extensions ; I am currently using
- CBuilder 2.7.2 (last build - green)
- CBSubs 4.5.3 (a new build just arrived now but it wasn't the case before)

I also noticed when I manually changed a user from a group to another, the following message
Cannot add or update a child row: a foreign key constraint fails (`databasename`.`#__acym_user_has_list`, CONSTRAINT `fk_#__acym_user_has_list2` FOREIGN KEY (`list_id`) REFERENCES `#__acym_list` (`id`) ON DELETE NO ACTION ON UPDATE NO ACTION)

which may come from Acymailing CB integration plugin or CBsubsAcymailing extension.

Any idea ?

Unpublish CBSubs AcyMailing and see if issue persists. Since this is happening during manual save that integration problem isn't causing it. Do you have any other AcyMailing CB plugins installed? If so try unpublishing those as well. That query error maybe interrupting the CBSubs save process and breaking the usergroup assignment. My guess is it's a Joomla User or System plugin for AcyMailing throwing that error though.

Hello

thanks for your answer, and sorry that I have bothered you : in fact it was my mistake. As you said I deactivated "CBSubs AcyMailing" and "AcyMailing CB integration" plugins, and test withtout and with them separatly, then I understood it came from "CBSubs AcyMailing". And after a while I realized than last week I destroyed an Acymailing User list - it then broke the connection between CBSubs Subscriptions and Acymailing lists.

I should have changed Acyamiling rules in CBsubs plans Integration settings, which I didn't do correctly. It is now fixed and back to normal.

So, FYI if my mystake can be helpfull for the next one : the SQL message
Cannot add or update a child row: a foreign key constraint fails (` databasename `.`#__acym_user_has_list`, CONSTRAINT `fk_#__acym_user_has_list2` FOREIGN KEY (`list_id`) REFERENCES `#__acym_list` (`id`) ON DELETE NO ACTION ON UPDATE NO ACTION)
is thrown because a list which was previously assigned to a CBSubs plan subscription is now missing.

You just have to reassign acymailing lists in each plan setting and it is done.

Antoine
