If it is well understood the "Description" in a field should show a tooltip on mouse over.
I am using a Code field with Parameters->Code->Code(PHP) that works fine and I need to add a description for the frontend.
No matter what I add in the description of the field nothing is shown.
I have also tried [cb:if reason="profile"]My description[/cb:if] but doesn't work either.
Moreover, Parameters->Layout->Icons Display->All icons as well as Parameters->Layout->Input Description->Yes.
What do I do wrong?

Code fields have no actual edit output. Displaying them in profile edit or registration is just their profile view rendered there. This means they don't have descriptions.
