If it's recurring subscriptions then partial durations are not permitted as the payment processors just don't allow it. I don't recall if it rounds or not, but it'll either be 182 or 183 days in those cases. For non-recurring payments it's just setting an expiration date based off the duration so it should take into account the partial days down to the second.
