Sorry, but I can read.
My question is, what action is performed within the aup component? Is the user added to the blocked users rules, or what exactly.
I am asking, because it doesnt seem to fucntion

It's a column inside of the AUP database table (_alpha_userpoints) called blocked, whether AUP uses it anymore is up to question. If they've discarded its usage in newer versions then this could be the cause of it not functioning.
