When creating a menu item for "User List" the "Parameters (Basic)" menu is not there so you cannot update the "List ID".

So I created a work around.
Instead of selecting a Menu Item Type: comprofiler -> User lists

Select Menu Item Type: External URL and enter a URL like this...
index.php?option=com_comprofiler&task=userslist&listid=4

Change the parameter &listid=4 to whichever listid you intend.

It is a known issue that legacy menu parameters do not function. We've been in communication with the Joomla team to help resolve this issue.
