Hi, I need to add text in the registration form. is a text explaining benefits of register. How can i do it that?.See the capture image thank you.

You can add text by either using a Delimiter field or by editing the parameters Introduction text for registration and Concluding text for registration within CB configuration on the registration tab.

ok. when you create a delimited field, can i hide the title of that field?

Field title parameter only affects profile view and profile edit I believe. Best approach is to set the title as something like _UE_BLANK and translate if not done already in your language plugin that to blank. Example as follows.
define( '_UE_BLANK', '' );
