Not sure if the right area so repost if neccessary.

This is something that is probably done all the time but I am at a loss where to start. I want to create a form allowing people to register for an upcoming training course with a unknown date. The idea being when enough people register for a course it is run. I want to be able to email to the contacts registered via this website to keep them up to date as details of when the course has been approved etc. I run Jevents and CB extensions (including) Jive although will look at others if neccessary.

Any ideas

Thanks in advance

If using GroupJive and the event is a Group you could use the Message Users feature to message all users of that group. If the event is an event using GJ Events integration you can message all the users in that group that are attending. You could also use from backend User Management after necessary filters were applied the Mass Mailer feature. Believe either of the 3 solutions should be great for you. As for emailing from jEvents I wouldn't know as am unsure if a mass mailing of attendees is available.
