You need to have a basic understanding of Joomla and CB. What you're wanting is likely months or a year long project, it certainly won't happen over night and will take some playing around to get used to using both systems. Additional trial and error for extension you find functional and provide the features you need.

The Joomla menu is just a link, all you technically need is the mandatory profile menu link to CB.

Typically once a Joomla install is present you simply install CB through the Extension Manager (install detailed in documentation). Once done you can add Tabs or Fields from Tab Management and Field Management, which would related to profile information and display of that information.

You can find various Plugins which are installed via Plugin Management all around the web. I believe there are quite a few on Joomla.org extension directory. We've also some hosted here under the Solutions menu link followed by Directory at the top of this page.
