The problem is your payment gateway is not completely configured. The below parameters are blank.
PayPal Main receiver account (email) (if Business is different from your main account):
Your PayPal Identity Token:
Additionally the below parameter is the account email; please use merchant ID.
PayPal Business (email or secure merchant ID):
Please review your documentation or the instructions directly above those parameters on how to configure your PayPal account and payment gateway. The IPNs are sending fine, but CBSubs has no idea what to do with them due to the above.
