How long until payment basket expire?

How long until payment basket expire? was created by apdt
I checked the user guide but there's no mention about basket will expire and how long before it expires.

For offline payment, it may take few days until user write a check/go to the bank and mail the payment slip.

If the payment basket expires and gets deleted, how can we re-create it at backend? Suppose the payment arrives after basket expires.

Offline Payment baskets don't expire assuming the user clicked the confirmation of payment link to receive payment slip. Other baskets expire within 24hrs.

I see. So if user doesn't click the confirmation (basket status = not initiated), it will expire in 24 hours too?

Will the next release have feature to create basket from backend?

1) yes, correct.

2) no, it's not in shorly upcoming 1.2.

I was just checking the basket list and found that there are baskets with status 'Not Initiated' that is older than 24 hours. It was initiated on 16/06/2011 17:21:32 and it's 18/06/2011 01:31 not at my time. System date & time is correct per my timezone.

What triggers the basket expiry? Same as mass expiry setting?

Abandonned baskets expire:

For own user's baskets:
- after 30 minutes when another purchase is attempted by the user
- after 3 hours when the user performs any cbsubs activity

From admin main panel screen of CBSubs:
- after 24 hours, maximum 100 baskets at a time (there is a small line at bottom for subscriptions and baskets expiry).
