Hi,
I have few lists on my website.
Each of them can be searched from different fields.
How do I do to show the search criteria by default? Without having to click on Search Users.

You'll need to edit your Joomla menu link to the userlist and set the parameter "Searchmode only" to "Show search only". This would display the search form immediately and not require clicking the link to expand it. Additionally both versions of a userlists URL are provided when editing an existing list within userlist management from backend.
