CB Login problem.

CB Login problem. was created by nifas
Hi,
I have just reinstalled CB and Csubs and have ran into a problem..
I have gone through all the install stuff and forums but can get the problem sorted.
My CB Login module wont log me in and take me to a login page but when i disable it and use the Joomla login, it allows me into my CB profile with no problems.
Any help would be great

Please navigate to backend of CB and run through the Tools to ensure your users are synchronize and that there's no errors. Please provide Joomla, CB, and CBSubs versions. Please also edit your user within CB > User Management and re-enter then re-save the password then confirm if working or not.

Hi,
We to the backend and I cant add or save my profile.
When I put in the email address it comes up error and the same with the user name..
I have joomla 1.5 and latest CB and Csubs

What is the error? If you're seeing "error" under the username or email fields this is the ajax check failing and can be ignored; simply click "Save" again.

I see, please provide CB, Joomla, and CBSubs versions. There are known issues regarding plaintext passwords storing which could be contributing to your issue; this bug is only present with CBSubs 1.2.1 and in very rare cases 1.2.2, which is fixed with next release.
