Your install appears compromised. You're using AEC and JACLPRO, both ACL altering extensions. You also had CB Profile Pro installed, which is known to cause registration problems. There is unfortunately nothing I can do to help isolate the cause. Please create a clean installation in a sub-domain or sub-folder of just Joomla + CB and confirm if registration issues still present
