We've no support for CB Profile Pro; this is a 3rd party extension. Please contact the developers for further support. Email can be displayed on profile using the Email field provided with CB and setting within CB configuration the email display from email form. You can also use a delimiter field with the substitution [email]. I don't recommend exposing a users email address however as it opens your userbase for spammers; email form is generally the safest approach.
