Problem with jQuery.noConflict(); was created by activha
On Safari I have a parse error with jQuery.noConflict(); which throws a javascript error and stops the ajax field to be correctly updated.

This is the latest version of ajax field.

Error is on CB page activ-ha.com/Jean-Claude-Machuron/

seems like the carriage return is not correctly interpretated by safari for a reason I don't know

The ajax field doesn't execute any such code. CB does when it loads its jQuery library. You've likely a fatal JS error somewhere else within the page any any subsequent JS would fail. Please ensure you're using CB 1.7 and confirm if issue still present. If so please disable non-core CB plugins 1 by 1 until resolved (keep ajax text field enabled for testing).
