Hi,

is it possible to create a field with a google map inside and how can I do that?

If it's purely HTML based then you could use a Delimiter field. Otherwise you'd need to create an entirely new fieldtype plugin to provide what you're wanting.

Okay - but how can I insert the Google Maps iframe in it and different to each user?

It depends on what is needed. If for example you need longitude and latitude you could create 2 fields in CB > Field Management for each. You would then in your delimiter field add the code for the Google map and using [fieldname] substitutions you could add the users data directly into the Google maps code.
