[SOLVED] Invalid Certificate, No basket with Authorize.net

12 years 5 months ago - 12 years 5 months ago #183792 by endoc
Hello,

I am tryting to integrate the Authorize.net payment gateway with a CBSubs site (www.endodonticacademy.org) and followed the documentation provided. When I try to pay via credit card through the frontend, I get a browser error/notification of and "invalid Security Certificate", see attached image.

If I choose to ignore the warning, I get a "No Suitable Basket Found." error.

Are there any documented solutions to this problem?

Thanks,

Jon

Authorize.net requires HTTPS with valid SSL certificate and static IP. Please check with your host to ensure HTTPS is setup and working as necessary. This won't work on shared hosting packages as usually the cert is shared between all domains on that server and will always give invalid domain error. Details for your host as follows.

www.endodonticacademy.org uses an invalid security certificate.

The certificate is only valid for the following names:
*.bluehost.com , bluehost.com

(Error code: ssl_error_bad_cert_domain)

Thanks for the help. I will arrange for static IP and get the certificate issue resolved and see how it takes care of the error.
