Session expired or cookies are not enabled in your

I have Joomla 1.5.25 running with CB 1.7 in place. My registration form inside Joomla works perfectly, but when I install and publish the Community Builder registration form I get this error:

"Session expired or cookies are not enabled in your browser. Please press "reload page" in your browser, and enable cookies in your browser. Please refresh/reload page before filling-in."

I have look into this forum and all over the net for a solution. Turning off anti-spoofing session checks has not worked for me, turning off SEF has not worked either. Again the registration form works perfectly outside of CB. Login and forms all work perfectly it is just the initial registration form that throws this error.

Here is the site it is under development www.postdivorcedatingclub.com.previewdns.com

The site is running on a Linux with PHP 5.2 running.

Please help I have to complete this site and show it to my client and I can not do so with the registration forms not working.

I solved my own issue. I host my client site through a reseller account on Go Daddy. They set each site up with a previewdns.com URL that is not a real URL or website address.

Community Builder needs the website to be real. So I created a sub-domain inside my main account and pointed it to my IP for the previewdns.com site and voila! the registration works perfectly.

So CB and CBsubs where working perfectly it was the site URL that was the problem.

Thank you very much for sharing the solution of your problem. 8)

And you probably had "live_site" that was not blank in the Joomla configuration.php file ?

I had the problem with cb1.7 registration but seem to be related to having an option for adding the avatar at registration. When I removed that, it worked ok again. Bet it might be a random occurrence. I thought that it had something to do with anti-spoofing but that only seemed mto solve the problem temporarily. Is the problem going to come back?

@gschmalenberg, please test with CB 1.7.1 where we've fixed some issue regarding image fields. Please also upgrade to simply test if your issue persists. If not resolved please provide Joomla version and exact steps to duplicate your issue.
