Hide Article URLs with Substitutions

Hide Article URLs with Substitutions was created by tarzan
Hi,

I've created a delimiter field that contains links to all the articles that are only viewable when a plan is purchased. So if Plan 1 is purchased, Article 1 is viewable.

Example:
<a target="_blank" href="index.php?option=com_content&amp;view=article&amp;id=94:Article1&amp;catid=82:article1&amp;Itemid=560">Article1</a>

My question: Is it possible, using substitution, to hide the urls to articles (plans) that haven't been purchased & only show the purchased articles (plans)?

Hide the URL in the substitution? Yes and no, substitutions are based off fields. You could use incubator project CB Query fields to perform a DB query to get a list of users subscriptions then use that in IF statement. Could also use CBSubs Fields and update a field value on subscription. Easiest however is to just use CBSubs Fields Tabs Protection and simple hide the field all together using your plans.
