[SOLVED] CBSubs login conflict

[SOLVED] CBSubs login conflict was created by akasharkbow
Hi there

I'm having a problem with CB login for certain CBSubs subscription levels. Paid plan members get two messages after logging in:

"Username and password do not match or you do not have an account yet."
"You have successfully logged in."

Also, the login redirect URL specified in the module does not work for the paid users.

I've cleared browser cache and cookies, turned off SEF and cleared that cache, checked to ensure that the login module and user profile pages are published only once. I'm probably missing something obvious related to CBSubs - any ideas?

Thanks so much.

No idea why you're receiving a failed and successful login message at the same time. How are users logging in? Normal CB login module, Joomla, or 3rd party? Please ensure they're using CBs login module to login. Do you happen to have any "auto login" extension installed? As they will conflict with CBSubs/CB.

Thanks for the quick reply.

They are using the CB login module. I don't know of any auto-login extension on the site - there is nothing obvious.

Seams to be working just fine. Confirmed working with admin user provided as well as a demo user I created.Demo user had a subscription to the "Registered User" plan. Does this happen when a user is subscribed to a specific plan? If possible please provide credentials of a user experiencing this error (repeatedly) otherwise it can sometimes be a fluke as the messages get stored via Joomla API and are displayed on the next page load.

Yes, the free "registered user" plan works fine sometimes. I can't get some paid subs to work. Try user test1 (subscribed to the digital edition) pswd testtest, as this one has not worked for me at all.
