Is it possible to have more than 1 user edit a profile?

Yes and no, moderators can edit users profiles if CB is configured to allow them to do so (see CB > Configuration > Moderation). As for other users editing other users profiles, no.

Not that I am aware of. Like multiple username/password for 1 account? Couldn't they simply share the username/password?
