CB Admin Nav module has nothing to do with generating internal Joomla links for GJ. To generate internal GJ links for Joomla simply navigate to GJ backend and click "Create Menu". GJ 2.5 will have a dedicated Menus page to easily create Joomla menu links. Once a menu link is generated it goes under the new menutype "GroupJive". Simply navigate to it then move the links anywhere you want.
