I want to implement the following and don't know, if it is possible at all :

Publish an article giving notice of an event. In this article you find a link to a kind of registration form. In this registration form user is able to set parameters (like amount of adults and amount of kids, joining this event). This registration form will be sent as PM or E-Mail to the organisator of this event.

Edit : Registration form should also be sent to user. Possibility to sent registration for non registered users ?

Can this be done with CB and CB GJ ? If yes, please give me an idea, how to implement this.
