12 years 2 months ago - 12 years 2 months ago #192075 by paintek
I; i've tried to install the last version of cb 1.8 (relase today!) & see if my problem go away but none... i've set for notify all moderators (admin acces - i'm the only superadmin) for events in CB but the mail of user registration dosn't arrive & i don't know why. All other notify works great (also in groupjive, after runnig the utilities tool)... any idea?

why everything seems so obvious, after someone told it to you?

If I understand correctly you're referring to the new registration email sent to moderators when a new user registers on your site, correct? Do admin approval (if enabled) or email confirmation (if enabled) emails get sent? Does the user review the Welcome and/or Pending email as configured in CB > Configuration > Registration?

yes; when new registration are signed, my profile (superadmin) receive the mail but no one arrive to other admins (totally are 2); but all registration process work great (the user receive the auto generated mex & the link to confirm e mail, the super admin receive the notification of new user req)!

Please edit your other admins from backend and ensure "Receive Moderator Emails:" is set to "Yes". The only parameter I can think of that'd prevent your other admins from receiving the emails as you've stated the Super Administrator receives theirs.
