Hi, I was wondering if you could give some API Guidance links where someone developing an extension could integerate CB into that extension.

For example a Poll extension can be designed so that members with specific CB field value could only vote for certain polls...

I know you have API pdf in free downloads but that seems to be only for developing CB plugin and not to integerate other extensions direct to CB.

Many thanks.

Developing CB plugins is how you integrate other extensions into CB. If you're meaning to extend a 3rd party extension to support CB then you need to discuss that with the 3rd party extensions developer (documentation is still the same though as it's general API documentation).

Thank you for your post. I am now in communication with the third party extension developer and he has read the plugin API document and he says that is only to develop CB plugin.

You are saying documentation is the same, if there is some specific help about extending 3rd party extension to support CB, please let me know. Thank you.

The documentation still applies. The first step is to include CBs API which is explained on page 74. The remainder of the documentation details what each files purpose is and various API functions usages. Further more the extension developer can review tutorials within my signature which also explains various API usages such as getting field values, registering a user, etc.. I would need more detail as to what the developer is trying to do in order to better suggest where to look and what functions to use.
