How can I disable a tab-section only in the profile-overview? For Example groups

Page 82 in the cb1.8_manual you likely downloaded here discusses publishing/unpublishing and editing tabs. ;)

If you want a Tab to remain in profile edit, but not display in profile view then you'll need to edit the tab within CB > Tab Management and set its position to a not shown on profile position.
