Don't believe this is an issue with CB. If there was a problem it would repeat over and over, not happen "sometimes". So far I've only been able to make it happen once. I recommend reviewing server performance as it's possible your server has a memory leak.

We checked the server for past few days and everything is fine, only this site runs on this server and nothing else, everything is up to date, it response really fast to any other pages, coms, but only lags like crazy when it comes to user list.
It is funny if you turn the error reporting to max, and set Debug System to Yes, it loads much faster but still way to slow.
However if you turn both of them off, it takes sometimes like 4 mins to load the userlist, and maxes out the cpu, and you can not open any other pages on the site.
We really need to resolve this, I would be more than happy to give u admin user/pass so you can check yourself, again if the error reporting and debug is set to off it takes minutes to load. Please have a look and navigate through different pages of user list and see how long it takes to load

You had 4 plugins enabled that did not need to be. For example the YANC and mamblog plugins won't even work on J2.5 so have disabled them. Then you have CB Forums and CB Articles enabled, but you still had CBs forum integration and author content plugins enabled; I've disabled CBs. Page load seams to vary from 4s-8s in a 30 page load test. Please also check if it's loading quicker for you now as well.

Thanks for your help, you turn off debug and errors.
so I click on Members and the page loaded fast, then I click on page #2 it took more than 90 sec to load, so please have them off and navigate through pages.
