Example of DBlookup field

Example of DBlookup field was created by rnomis
Following a recent post, I have successfully created a DBlookupfield action that asks for a code from a new user in the registration form. I used the example in the Wiki after a few problems - I am rubbish at creating tables in phpmyadmin never having done it before.

I created the field as in the example which worked well. I needed to make some changes as I needed the Registration Code to be reusable (the Wiki example could only use the code once) and now have that working well.

I have now screenshots and the sql statement to create the table and insert the data into the database.
I can easily write up the documentation for each scenario to share with the community. These would be suitable for anyone with basic skills (like me!)

Perhaps you could let me know and I can send them to you.
